T & A Land Associates incorporates tanda homes and was established in 2015. We are a Private Property Development company based in Somerset. With a mix of management from both hands on trades to building control our directors, Aaron and Trevor have over 20 years experience of building exceptional quality homes locally. Our site management team’s are fully trained and certificated, and we believe our sites are run smoothly and safely from start through to finish. We only work with the best Architects and Consultants to achieve the quality we are so passionate about.
